Return & Refund Policy

Due to the handmade and fragile nature of Popfy products, all sales are final once the order has been prepared or delivered.

We do not accept returns or refunds for used, opened, broken, damaged after delivery, or customized items.

Clay-based Popfy items are best cracked and enjoyed on the date of delivery, as they naturally harden over time. Returns, refunds, or replacements will not be accepted if clay-based items become too hard due to delayed use after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged due to delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and your order number. We will review the case and may offer a replacement or store credit if approved. (info@popfy-asmr.com)

Popfy products are handmade, so slight differences in color, shape, texture, and finish may occur. These are not considered defects.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
